Our Policies

Parcels will be sent throughout Australia in Australia Post Express Bags. There is always a tracking number on these is case a parcel goes missing.

If you live locally and would like to save on the Postage costs, we can ring you to let you know what time we will be at the Shop for orders to be picked up. 
Orders can also be picked up from TWOC Brewing Supplies. This is my husbands shop on the opposite side of the carpark from where our shop was.  He is open 7 days a week from approx 8.00am to 6.00pm. 

Just advise us that you will be picking up the order and we will deduct the delivery charge from the order.

We ship all orders using Australia Post and Australia Post International.

All International orders will be individually calculated, please email us for details.

Orders within Australia 
$10 to $19.95   $7.50 *
$20 to $49.95  $9.00 *
Over $50       $12.00 *
This amount is adjustable for smaller orders like patterns that can usually be sent normal post in an envelope. Amount will be changed before it is charged to your Credit Card.

*Excludes batting and quilts as these are bulky and will need to be calculated before the order is processed. Also excludes any product which states that postage must be calculated individually, you will see this on listings for products that are heavy or bulky.
